As the owner, Seth stays closely involved in the business and the projects we take on. Andy serves as our Superintendent & Field Manager, overseeing day-to-day field operations and helping keep each project organized and moving forward.

What kind of projects do you take on?
We work on commercial and residential projects, including renovations, remodeling, new builds, fire and water restoration, and design-build work. Our projects range from offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and multifamily properties to residential remodels and new construction.
Can you work while our building stays open?
Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. Jobs are phased around tenants, business hours and code review so the property keeps operating, with the site left clean every evening.
How fast can you look at a property?
Inside the Omaha metro we can normally get eyes on your building within a few days of the call. Fire or water loss is different call and we start securing the property straight away.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We assist property owners throughout the insurance repair process and work with adjusters and other involved parties to help coordinate the work and keep the project moving.
What does the estimate include, and does it cost anything?
It is free. We walk the property, photograph the existing conditions, and come back with a line-item scope you can read and budget from, with alternates where there is money to save.
Who actually runs the job?
Seth is the owner of Just Right Construction, while Andy serves as our Superintendent & Field Manager. Seth oversees the company, and Andy manages day-to-day field operations to help keep projects organized, communicated, and moving forward.
